Several weeks ago we went to Michigan where Eric is from. We wanted to spend some time with his brother Nick before Nick, who is in the army goes to Afganistan. It was a good trip. We went to church at the Diamond Springs Weslyen Church there on Sunday morning. They gave us a cake reception after church. That was so sweet of them. It was yummy lemon cake too! One lady had make us some homemade wash cloths. Another older lady had made us a quilt. That was so incredibly sweet of them! After church, Eric's parents took all of us out to eat brunch at a cute cafe. I had the "Farmers Breakfast." We relaxed the rest of the day, took a walk through the woods and saw a deer, played the "Risk" game, and ate a good homecooked supper Eric's mom made. It was a good trip!
