August 14th was Eric's 28th birthday. We were in Lexington, so we went to a gun store and he bought an awesome rifle. He is so happy with it! Now he has something of his own to deer hunt with this fall! After that, we went to O'Charleys for lunch. We had some really yummy food, and they brought us caramel pie for dessert since it was his birthday. It was so rich and good! That night, I took him to the dirt speedway as my birthday present to him. We got to watch the qualifying, and one of the races, but then it came a big storm so everyone had to leave! It definitely seems to be the place to be on a Saturday night in this area. It was loud, the cars were fast, and it was a lot of fun for us!
